Himalaya Trekking — 210% organic traffic in nine months

The challenge

An established trekking operator was losing inquiries to younger competitors who simply ranked higher on Google. Their old website was slow, hard to update, and invisible to mobile users.

What we did

Rebuilt the site on a custom Node.js stack with a CMS the office team can run. Restructured content around the trekking routes people actually search for. Added Khalti checkout for booking deposits. Set up Google Search Console, schema markup, and a continuous SEO program.

The outcome

Within nine months — organic traffic up 210%, page-load time down from 6.2s to 1.4s, online booking deposits accounting for 38% of all confirmed treks.
